In Rocha Brava Village Resort, there are 3 types of property, which fall into the following categories:
Standard Units
These apartments/villas enjoy views over the gardens or swimming pools. They are decorated in a contemporary rustic style, satellite television and air-conditioning. The kitchens are equipped with fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, ironing board and iron. Available types are in the forms of T1, T2, T3, V2 and V3.
Superior Units / Ocean View
These properties have the same style as the standard units, but enjoy spectacular sea views. They are furnished to a higher standard; the kitchens also have a dishwasher. Available types are in the form of T1SV, V2SV and V3SV.
Detached Properties with Swimming Pools
These refined properties enjoy private gardens and swimming pools, and you can choose from 3 or 4 bedrooms. Available types are in the form of DV3 and DV4.
Guests are entitled to a 6 day cleaning service, 2 changes of towels per week and one change of linen per week - except on Sundays and bank holidays.
