SUITE HOTEL MONTANA CLUB
Montana Club is 5 minutes’ walk from Playa Grande Beach in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. It has 2 outdoor pools and offers apartments with free Wi-Fi and a balcony or terrace.
The complex has gardens surrounding the spacious sun terrace with loungers. There is also a poolside bar which is open until late. The restaurant and pool bar serves breakfast.
All apartments at Club Montana consist of a twin bedroom, bathroom and a lounge with sofa bed and TV. The kitchens include a microwave and a kettle.
The main strip of Puerto del Carmen, with its shops, bars and restaurants, is just 500 m from the complex. There is a golf course 1 km away, and Lanzarote Airport is 5 km away.
Our aim is to enhance our customer support by offering a fresh and superior product that meets the requirements of our respective clients. With this in mind, we want to inform you that renovation efforts will be undertaken at the SUITE HOTEL MONTANA CLUB, which will involve the restructuring and redevelopment of half of the apartments. The ones that are located on the left side of the complex.
The renovation of these units (a total of 32) is planned to take place between April 29, 2025, and July 27, 2025. Therefore, we request the closing of sales of the "1-bedroom apartment" during the mentioned period, as this is the type of room that is going to be refurbished.
The normal daily operation for the right half of the complex will not be affected as they have their own swimming pool and solarium area, as well as the restaurant, which also marks a division between the two sides, and that will remain fully operational, so those bookings that are already confirmed will be accommodated without any problem.
The hotel is committed to a good management of the works in order to minimize the impact of the renovation and we are convinced that the daily operation will not be affected; as already proven in April 2019 when the right side of the complex was renovated and completed as scheduled without any incidences reported .
